Enroll at St. Stephens Indian School
At St. Stephens Indian School, we are always happy to welcome new faces! Whether transferring to our school or enrolling a kindergartener, you must visit our office to complete the registration process.
Registration Requirements
When you are ready to enroll, please bring the following documents:
- Proof of your child’s date of birth (birth certificate, physician’s records, passport/visa, or previous school records)
- Up-to-date immunization records
- Proof of guardianship
- Transcripts from the previous school (if transferring)
- Tribal affiliation
- Social Security card
Immunizations
We follow Wyoming state immunizations and medication administration guidelines to promote optimal health. Students will not be enrolled without evidence of immunizations or a properly documented exemption. Please remember to bring up-to-date immunization records when you enroll.
School Application
If you are considering joining our school, please take a moment to fill out our school application. Completed applications should be returned to the school registrar at the high school office.
NOTE: You must contact school to obtain enrollment packet.
